How do I choose the right size?
Check the size chart on each product page and measure as described there. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.
Can I wear my brace all day?
Most people wear it for a few minutes at a time to start, then build up. Listen to your body and follow any guidance from your healthcare provider.
Is your gear a substitute for medical treatment?
No. Our products are designed to support posture and movement, but they aren't a replacement for professional medical advice. If you have an injury or ongoing pain, please consult a healthcare professional.
How do I care for my product?
Hand wash in cool water with mild soap and air dry. Avoid bleach, high heat, and the dryer to keep the material and straps in great shape.
